Bharat Corrub offers synthetic rubber bonded cork sheet having standard size of 1000mmx1000mm, 915mmx915mm or 915mmx610mm and thickness varying from 0.8mm to 20mm under the brand of CHETAK. Other sizes are available on request. Sheets can be supplied as per IS 4253 Part II specifications or international specifications or as per customer requirement.
Gaskets and frames of various sizes and shapes as per customer drawing can be manufactured. We manufacture these gaskets with or without joints as specified. We also provide ready to use kits containing varied gaskets. The components are used in wide spectrum of transformers right from current and potential transformer to distribution and power transformer.
We have developed a special process to manufacture continuous strips with the width ranging from 40mm to 150mm and thickness from 3mm to 12mm. At BCI the strips are cut using a special German machine.
To supplement the strips, the company also offers angles with the aim of minimizing joints in long gaskets and thus avoiding leakage. Sealing material can also be provided in continuous rolls of 1m width for large top cover gaskets.
Automotive grade rubber cork sheets and gaskets are manufactured as per customer specification and drawing. We supply high performance sealing solution to resist oils and fuels with reliable finish. Bharat Corrub’s soft gasket are used by renowned automakers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra in India.
Antivibration pads are cork sheets sandwiched by the rubber ribbed pads on either sides. The pads are manufactured in standard size of 18”x18”x7/8”.
Cork and rubber cork rolls are an excellent material for underlayment. It prevents transmission of noise and vibration through the slab. It contributes significantly to the acoustic performance of floors improving environmental comfort. We offer joint less roll of 1m width and thickness as per customer requirement. Due to its unique structure and property they can be used under floating and laminated floors, wooden floors, ceramic tiles, natural stone, linoleum and vinyl floors.
